have you created a great workplace?
We are compiling a list of the Top Workplaces in Hampshire. We are looking to identify workplaces of all sizes from across the county where employees are appreciated, engaged, productive, nurtured and motivated; workplaces which focus on employee wellbeing, where talent is developed, diversity is embraced and work-life balance is valued.
We want to shine a light on the top organisations in Hampshire to work for – to celebrate their success and inspire other organisations in the region to create workplaces where employees are prioritised and respected and are therefore committed to delivering their organisation’s goals.
/ WHY ENTER?
Being selected for the inaugural Top Workplaces in Hampshire list provides
organisations from across the county with the opportunity to showcase their strengths as an employer and provides positive profile raising opportunities.
All organisations on the list will receive a Top Workplaces in Hampshire logo, free of charge, which they can use in all forms of marketing. We believe this ‘badge of honour’ will not only motivate existing employees but will also help to attract the very best candidates when you are recruiting.
Entries for 2020 are now closed.
Deadline for entries for 2021 to be confirmed.
Top Workplaces in Hampshire is a carefully selected list (not in a ranked order) of the top organisations to work for in the county. It will showcase employers who can demonstrate that they value their employees and have created a positive and inclusive work environment.
In addition to the overall list, there will be four separate awards, based on the information provided within the submissions. There is no need to do a separate entry form for each category award. These awards will be in the following categories:
WORKPLACE OF THE YEAR
We will select one ‘stand out’ workplace which ticks all the boxes in terms of employee engagement, diversity, wellbeing and philanthropy.

An employer which has Corporate Social Responsibility embedded into the organisation’s values and ethos and which actively encourages employees to fundraise and/or donate time in order to benefit the wider community.
An employer which champions inclusion and diversity and can demonstrate a strong ethos of equal opportunities for everyone.
